Motel Capsol
The family-owned Motel Capsol has been welcoming guests since 1975.

Our hotel can be found just 10 minutes walk from the glorious beaches of the Mediterranean and the bustling town centre of Mandelieu.
The Motel Capsol consists of two separate buildings – The Motel (446 avenue de la Mer – 12 accommodations) and the Résidence (375 allée des mimosas – 7 accommodations) – can be found within a 3 minutes’ walk of each other. We have customized rooms, self-catering studios and apartments, offering all the comfort for a pleasant stay !
The Capsol is also… a shop ! The Capsol Boutique (shop) is the ideal place to discover those sought after souvenirs and take home some treasured possessions from your visit to Mandelieu and the Côte d’Azur (The shop is located at the reception)
Our rooms
We propose different kind of accommodation. Please refer to your booking confirmation.
Classic room
The room is located on the Ground Floor of the Residence property. Each room has its own private terrace and includes 1 double bed OR 2 single beds, private bathroom (shower and toilet). These rooms also have quick and easy access to the motel’s swimming pool.
- The room is equipped with a kettle, a small fridge, toiletries and a hair dryer, air conditioning/heating, free wifi
- 2 people max.
Comfort room
These rooms are located in the Motel building. Either on the first or ground floor, the room includes 1 double bed or 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a private bathroom (shower or bathtub and toilet)
- The room is equipped with a kettle, a fridge, air conditioning /heating, hair dryer, free wifi.
- 2 or 3 people
Studio
Located in the Motel building, our studios come with a self-contained kitchenette. Either on the first or ground floor, the studio includes 1 double bed or 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a private bathroom (shower or bathtub and toilet). Kitchenette consists of a double electric hob, a fridge and all the bits and bobs you’ll need.
- The studio comes equipped with fully-fitted kitchen (with double electric hob, kettle, and fridge), bathroom (bath or shower, toilet), indoor and outdoor dining areas, hair dryer, air conditioning /heating, free wifi.
- 2 or 3 people
Apartment Motel
The apartments in the Motel building consist of two adjoining rooms (1 room with 1 double bed, and 1 room with 2 singles beds) and are prefect for families or groups of friends. Either on the first or ground floor, the apartments boast a private balcony or garden terrace and are composed of two bathrooms (shower and toilet), a kitchenette and dining area.
- The apartments come furnished with kitchenette (with double electric hob, kettle, and fridge, NO microwave), bathroom (shower), indoor and outdoor dining areas, hair dryer, air conditioning /heating, free wifi.
- 4 people max.
Apartment Residence
The apartments in the Residence property are perfect for longer stays. Either on the first or ground floor, the apartments boast a private balcony or garden terrace. These apartments include 1 living room with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom (shower and toilet). These apartments also have quick and easy access to the swimming pool.
- The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen (with double electric hob, kettle, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine), bathroom (shower and toilet), hair dryer, indoor and outdoor dining areas, air conditioning /heating, free wifi.

Free services
The Internet : Free WIFI access : Network : MOTEL CAPSOL // Password: auria3
Air conditioning : all our accomodation have air conditioning and heating. Make the right move for our planet : turn off the air conditioning when you go out.
Swimming pool : As guest of the hotel, you have free access to our swimming pool from 9am to 7pm. The pool (unheated and unsupervised, open from May to September) is located in the « Residence Capsol » 375 avenue des Mimosas, 3 minutes walk from the reception. Because the safety of your children is important the access to the pool is closed with a secure gate : surveillance of your children is under your responsibility.
Parking : Free parking spaces are available in both buildings (1 parking spot / accommodation). Please respect the white lines.
Cleaning service : Cleaning service between 8:30 and 12:00. Please leave dirty towels in the basin under the sink in the bathroom. Please ask reception if you need additional linen (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.).
Transfers : we offer a free transfer service from/to the Mandelieu bus station and bus station to the hotel, during the day (from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). Please reserve your transfer when booking by telephone, and at least 24 hours before your arrival.
Babies : A travel cot, high chair, baby-changing mat and micro-wave are available on request. We recommend you to notify us your travel with baby before your arrival.
On request : Iron, international plug adaptor, sewing kit are available for free at the reception. Newspaper and board games are also available. Ask the reception if you need wake-up service. Need help to carry your luggages ? Ask the reception !
Extra services
Breakfast: Typical French breakfast is served from 7:30 to 09:30 at the reception or in your room. The breakfast is not included in the room price (11€/person). It is optional and has to be booked one day in advance. The breakfast includes fresh pastries, different kind of bread, local artisanal jam, dairy, hot drink, pressed orange jus. Please notify us in advance if you have any food allergies.
Pets : Motel Capsol is pet-friendly. Your dog/cat is admitted (extra fees 12 € per day – 1 pet per room).
Hairstyle : Angela, a qualified hairdresser, offers her services (blow-drying, buns, simple haircut) directly in your room. For any request or reservation, please contact reception, at least 24 hours before. Prices list (according to the length of the hair): Blow-dry (25-35€), Simple haircut (25-30€), shampoo + blow-dry package (30-40€), bun or evening hairstyle (please ask us for more detailed price according your needs)
Massage: Frédérique offers well-being massages in your room. For any request or reservation, please contact reception, at least 48 hours before the service request. Prices : body – 75€ – 60 min. / face massage (Kobido) – 75 € – 45 min.
Yoga: private or group yoga classes (group min. participant required – 10€/heure – private class 50€/heure) at the swimming pool or in the garden are proposed by Frédérique, a qualified yoga teacher. More information and pre-reservation at reception, minimum 24 hours in advance.
Soft drinks : on sale at the reception : mineral water : 3€/L, Limonade bio : 2€/275ml, Sirop: 2€/verre, Tea : 3€, Coffee : 2€.
Other : Laundry : 10€ – Printing or copy of your documents: 0.50 €/copy.
Capsol will do everything possible to meet all of your needs. For any special requests (e.g. assistance to a person with reduced mobility, child’s bed, connecting rooms, late arrival) contact us as soon as possible, before your arrival.
Capsol rules
Check-in: from 3pm to 7pm. In case of late arrival, your booking will be canceled. Thanks for notify your approximative check-in time as soon as possible.
Check-out : before 10:30 am. If you want to extend your stay, please check the availability at the reception the day before your departure at least. An early departure is possible but does not give rise to any refund. In case of early check-out (before 7:30 am, please notify us in advance.
Deposit & booking confirmation : In order to confirm your booking, we ask a deposit of 30%.
Cancelation : In the event of cancellation or modification up to 7 days before the arrival date, the fee charged will be 50% of the total amount of the reservation. In the event of late cancellation (less than 3 days before the arrival date) or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Payment by VISA, Master Card, or cash at the check-in.

The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees in the event of loss, deterioration of the accommodation and equipment or nuisance (the costs will be calculated according to the costs of restoration).
For the well being of all, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the room (extra fees will be charged if smoking inside the room)
The customer accepts and undertakes to use the room in a good manner. Also, in the event of behavior contrary to good morals and public order, Motel Capsol reserves the right to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any reimbursement if payment has already been made.
The hotel accepts no liability in case of theft and accident. Personal belongings (bags, valuables, cash, documents…) are not guaranteed against theft. The hotel will not be held responsible for any incidents, accidents or events that would disrupt, interrupt or prevent the stay.
Make the right move for our planet! Thank you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when you go out. Recycling bins are available in both buildings. Please leave dirty towels in the basin under the sink in the bathroom. Let us know if and when you want to change your sheets.
